Methods of Manufacturing
With cutting edge technology and experienced personnel XTech is able to utilize multiple forms of manufacturing from additive to subtractive.
When it comes to additive manufacturing we work with SLA (Stereo Lithography Apparatus) and FDM (Fused Deposit Modeling).

Each method is unique and has allowed us to make custom items that would otherwise be to costly, time consuming, or impossible to make.
When it comes to subtractive manufacturing we have an automated CNC lathe.

This machine allows us to write code and have the machine do all the work. It has allowed us to produce custom copper, steel, and thermoplastic parts with ease

Using some of the newest laser technology, XTech has developed new techniques to join large plastic component parts. This method has been useful to XTech to fabricate large custom plastic enclosures inhouse instead of outsourcing them.
