Hal Curlett

President

Hal and his team are working through the development and manufacture of the Pulsed Plasma Reservoir Construction Technology and Process that holds the potential to radically enhance the Oil and Gas industry's means to stimulate the production of petroleum. Hal directs this development drawing on 55 years of international upstream oil & gas operations and technology innovation experience. Hal understands what it takes to get an idea downhole.

Jaden Denito

Engineering Manager

Trained as an aerospace engineer, Jaden's ability to think outside of the box and incorporate multi-discipline thinking and awareness skills provides the foundation to direct the broad based technology innovations and engineering processes essential for developing the radical technology breakthroughs at XTech. Jaden's ability to think critically, scope, design, plan, and execute sophisticated technology integration is a unique skill set brought to bear on XTech's technologies. Jaden has several expert hands on fabrication experience and skills to compliment his engineering skills.

James Christensen

Operations Manager

"Jimmy" has over 40 years in the international upstream Oil and Gas industry assisting with the designing, refurbishing, building, commissioning and operating advanced drilling and completion equipment. Jimmy's operational experience and awareness provides XTech with a straight-forward, common sense, and safe approach to operations. Jimmy's has a special skill in enabling people who work with him to be the best they can be under a very experienced, disciplined, practical , and watchful mentoring eye .

Timothy Curlett

Business Manager

Tim is the indispensable glue that keeps XTech running smoothly. Tim's multi-function, multi-discipline skill set provides XTech with everything as varied as business administration, IT administration, event planning & organization, 3D design & printing specialist, drone operations specialist, shop & field technician and everything in between. Tim's intuitive business manner, insight, and administration skills provide the administrative and operational support to allow the maximum use of everyone else's skill sets.
